Carol has 14 years of experience practicing Massage Therapy. She finished her Osteopathic studies at The Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2018. 

She focuses on using Non-traditional Swedish techniques such as cranio-sacral therapy, visceral manipulations and joint mobilization, in order to help with lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and digestive dysfunctions. Carol is passionate about the human body and loves working with individual that want to be active or stay a healthy. This combination allows Carol to have great success by taking a global approach to the human body; she assesses current symptoms and analyzes past medical history. Having completed many cranio-sacral, anatomy and biomechanical courses over the last 14 years has allowed her to focus on the primary symptoms meanwhile trying to figure out the key factor to the problem.

14 years ago osteopathy was introduced into Carol's life and has changed it completely. It has increased her knowledge in anatomy of the human body which has allowed her to better her practice. Her goal for her practice is to educate clients in self-awareness. She enjoys working as a team with clients in order to reach their health goals, while providing a safe space for healing and self-exploration.

Andrea first encountered Osteopathy during his professional soccer career. It instilled in him a profound appreciation for the preventative approach inherent in Osteopathic principles and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare. Driven by this understanding, Andrea embarked on a rigorous academic journey spanning five years. With the same level of professionalism and determination that characterized his soccer career, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a Master of Science in Osteopathic Medicine.

Since graduated, Andrea has worked in three different clinics, two in Italy and one in Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, he provided support to a soccer team in Milan, leveraging his unique blend of sports and healthcare expertise.

In parallel with his clinical practice, Andrea was involved in teaching roles within the osteopathic academy where he graduated. His primary goal in his clinical practice is to assist any patient how is seeking for help by supporting them in achieving and maintaining their personal wellbeing. Within this broad scope, Andrea has a particular interest in addressing issues related to the craniocervical region (such as headaches,temporomandibular joint disorders, and neck pain).However, during his clinical experience he found to be particularly effective in supporting patients with various types of issues, including lower back pain and discomfort in the lower limbs (such as ankle sprains, knee and hip arthritis, etc.). On the other hand, he as observed less favorable outcomes in cases involving muscle injuries, severe acute low back pain and incontinence.Additionally, Andrea has decided to no specialize in babies’ osteopathic treatment.

Andrea prioritizes informed consent, ensuring that patients are fully informed and empowered to make decisions about their care before proceeding with any assessment or treatment. Fascial,Visceral, and Craniosacral are the techniques that he uses to address the unique needs of each patient. Central to his practice is the recognition of the importance of the patient-practitioner relationship in the therapeutic process, fostering trust and collaboration to facilitate healing.

His experience working with children during their critical developmental stages has deeply influenced his practice. The positive outcomes and feedback from these interactions have been sparking Andrea’s interest in exploring how to support young patients during their precious development.

In addition to his professional interests in Pain Management, Cranio-cervical symptoms (TMJ, Neck Pain, Headaches), back pain and the osteopathic approach in support of sports injury; Andrea is actively expanding his knowledge of child development. Recognizing the importance of providing comprehensive and updated care, Andrea is committed to staying updated and equipped to offer the best possible support to children and their families.
